By using our website or services you agree to these terms. They are intended as practical guidance for guests and visitors; seek independent legal advice for specific situations. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Website use
Content on this site (copy, layout, logos, photography where licensed to us) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape, automate excessive requests, reverse engineer booking flows, or upload malware or unlawful material.
2. Reservations & conduct
Bookings are offered subject to availability. We may refuse service where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or respectful operation of our venues (including intoxication, abusive behaviour or breach of dress or venue policies communicated at the door).
- Accuracy: provide correct contact details so we can confirm or amend your booking.
- No-shows & late changes: we may enforce cancellation policies or deposits communicated at the time of booking or by phone.
- Minimum spends / events: special menus or private functions may carry separate written conditions.
3. Dietary requirements & allergies

While we take care to accommodate requests, our kitchens handle allergens and shared equipment; we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of nuts, dairy, gluten or other allergens. You remain responsible for decisions affecting your health.
4. Gift vouchers & promotions
Gift vouchers or promotional offers may be issued through our approved channels or partners. Unless stated otherwise: vouchers are not redeemable for cash; expiry dates and blackout periods shown on the voucher or checkout page apply; lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced. Bonus promotional tiers displayed on our website are subject to change and specific written conditions at purchase.
