Ingredients Required:
- 400 gm prawns
- ¼ tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chilly powder
- salt to taste
- ½ garam masala
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- Some vinegar or lemon juice
- curry leaves
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- Some water
- 4 garlic cloves freshly pounded
- Small piece of ginger
- Curry leaves

- ¼ tbsp fennel powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Start with a marination process.
- Marinate prawns with the above-listed ingredients for 1 hour.
- On a Tawa, pour butter, splutter curry leaves and ginger-garlic, and cook until it’s aromatic.
